"Barbara Sherfey Mitchell is exactly who you want as your agent. I have worked with her both to buy a house and also to sell one. She is attentive and on-the-ball in either role - Buyer's agent or Seller's agent. She is thorough, takes initiative to get things done, listens but doesn't just rubber-stamp everything you (the seller) thinks is reasonable, when it clearly is not; and is realistic about price and likelihood of selling within a certain timeframe. As a professional, she is without peer. But in the end, you also want someone you like working with. Barbara is that person - cheerful, fun, good sense of humor, honest. In the Stinson Beach/Bolinas area, I don't imagine there are many with her sense of place, local knowledge and contacts. You can't go wrong working with Barbara, I recommend her highly.
